Distribution of bending angle of wide section roll
The roll design methods for wide section profiles such as keystone plate and deck plate formed by the cold bending machine are basically divided into two categories. One is the full-wave simultaneous forming method in which all waves are formed simultaneously; the other is the sequential forming method in which waves are formed successively from the center of the section. The roll design of wide section profiles is generally a sequential forming method. The reason is that, when the wave forming near the center of the section is performed by the sequential forming method, the side of the plate edge that cannot be executed is not restricted by the roller, and no unnecessary deformation occurs. In addition, the successive wave forming method of the cold bending machine is easy to take measures to deal with the faults in forming and roll design errors. However, the full-wave simultaneous molding method is difficult to set the amount of deformation of each wave.
